This module introduces the concept of organizational mindset and explores how cultural and behavioral factors shape teams and organizations. Participants will gain insights into the beliefs and practices that drive high performance and learn strategies that foster an empowered work environment.

When professional learning is standards-based, it has greater potential to change what educators know, are able to do, and believe. VIP learning modules are designed not only to increase knowledge, but to also increase skill application.​

For this learning series, we will use an adapted professional learning standard from Learning Forward which draws from research-based and evidence-based practices. The learning target will reflect what participants will know and be able to do.
